Hedwig "Heidi" Lambert, 76, of Union Township, passed away on Sunday January 15, 2017 with her family by her side after a very courageous battle with cancer.

She was the wife of the late Gary Dale Lambert Sr.

She is survived by her children Christiane "Chris" Lambert, Heidi (Mike) Bredernitz, Barbara (Murray) Hammond, Judy (Rob) Owens, Sherry (Mark) Gibson, and Gary (Stephanie) Lambert Jr. She was grandma ("Oma") to Matt, Nick, Stephanie (Kyle), Dylan, Kayla, Dan, Kelly, Joe, Nina, Montgomery, Jordan, and also her great-grandchildren Zack and Kinsley. She was the sister of Adolf, Erika, Helmut, Maria, Anneliese, and Gerlinde. She also leaves her long-time friend Erika.

Heidi held many roles during her lifetime including homemaker, factory worker, and most notably the business owner of Lambert Heating and Cooling that she co-founded with her late husband Gary D. Lambert.

Visitation will be held at St. Thomas More Church on Thursday January 19, 2017 from 10AM until 11:30AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30AM with interment at Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
