Harry J. Freyer, loving husband of the late Annelee Freyer (nee Siefker), beloved father of Sheila Umbach (Steve), Greg Freyer (Joadie), Andrea Jordan and Kim Rastani (Tom), cherished grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, dear brother of the late Rosemary Ammon, preceded in death by his grandson, Alec Freyer. Harry, a resident of New England Club in Anderson Township, passed away December 4, 2017 at the age of 96.

Harry served his country in the U.S. Army in WWII and was a volunteer at the Cincinnati VA Hospital for over 60 years. He also volunteered at Cincinnati Museum Center.

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 9 from 9 AM until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. Thomas More Church in Withamsville. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, his family requests memorial contributions be made to the USO or Salvation Army. Arrangements and supervision under the care of E.C. Nurre Funeral Home, Amelia.
