Myriam D. Carroll, nee Baroness Myriam de Roodenbeke, beloved wife of Charles W. Carroll, passed away peacefully on 19 July 2012. She was born on 19 February 1922 in Brussels, Belgium, the daughter of Count Juan t'Kint de Roodenbeke and Countess Solange de Beauffort. Myriam and Charles were married in Ft Lauderdale, Florida on 20 November 2000. Devoted mother of Benoit (Romy) Joos de ter Beerst, Bernard Joos de ter Beerst, Dominique (Gabriel) Joos de ter Beerst, Pierre (Kathy) Joos de ter Beerst, Bruno (Karine) Joos de ter Beerst, and Michele (Serge) de Kerchove d'Exaerde and loving Mammy of Deborah (Carroll) Hollowell, Charlotte Carroll, William (Tina) Carroll and James (Jamie) Carroll. Preceded in death by her first husband, Michel Joos de ter Beerst and two daughters, Chantal and Solange, Myriam is survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren of the Joos de ter Beerst family with 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren of the Carroll family.
She will be cremated and Memorial Services held at a future date.
